Marketing Summer Internship

Responsibilities:

 

• Create and update website content, including page copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action, aligned with brand voice and community goals. 
• Write and publish engaging blog posts that highlight community features, resident stories, and industry trends to drive traffic and engagement. 
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. 
• Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, including assisting with Google Ads campaign setup, keyword bidding, and performance tracking. 
• Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & SEMrush, providing insights to optimize results. 
• Research industry trends, competitor websites, and SEO/SEM best practices to inform strategies. 
• Assist with additional digital marketing tasks, such as social media content support or email campaign integration, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma and current 3 rd or 4 th year enrollment in Marketing Bachelor's degree or similar program of study preferred.
• Experience in web design, copy writing, & Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Available to complete at minimum a 10-week summer program, starting in June and ending in August.
• Ability to work a min of 30 hours / week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, leadership skills and ability to multi-task.
