Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Operations to oversee daily and strategic facilities operations across our portfolio of celebrated hospitality venues.

This executive leadership role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at driving operational consistency, and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and support daily facilities operations across multiple restaurants to ensure outstanding service, labor efficiency, and brand consistency.
✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
✅ Travel regularly between locations for hands-on support, performance assessments, and team alignment.
✅ Oversee facilities management, repair schedules, maintenance programs, and vendor relations.
✅ Manage and provide project management for construction and facilities build-outs, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with operational goals.
✅ Responsible for all required maintenance and upkeep of equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.
✅ Handle all new and renewed liquor licenses, permits, and regulatory filings, maintaining compliance with SLA, DOB, DOH, and FDNY requirements.
✅ Lead fleet management efforts, ensuring vehicles are safe, maintained, and compliant.
✅ Inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of integrity, hospitality, and operational excellence.
✅ Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and new location openings.

What You Bring:
✔ 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality operations.
✔ Proven track record in facilities oversight, construction projects, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Experience in project management of construction and facilities build-outs.
✔ Strong experience working with NYC Department of Health (DOH), Department of Buildings (DOB), and Fire Department regulations, including fire safety compliance and standards.
✔ Knowledge of HVAC systems and quality control of all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
✔ Deep knowledge of NYC regulatory agencies (SLA, DOH, DOB) and licensing processes.
✔ Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and travel frequently across locations.
