That means you'll be part of the Attorney Resource Group. Some of your daily responsibilities might include: + Liaise between Attorneys and Intake Specialists to archive records accurately and efficiently + Proofread documents for quality assurance + Serve as a centralized administrative function for the entire firm + Service files and documents with the courts Requirements In order to be considered for this position, you'll need to bring a few things to the table: + BA from a 4-year university + Doesn't have to be much, but at least a little previous office experience + Proficient in MS Office + Tech savvy + An upbeat, motivated, go-getter attitude + Strong organizational skills + And a keen eye for detail! Worth mentioning that this is an on-site, five (5) days / forty (40) hours per week role at the firm's office in Century City. Please only apply if you are within commuting distance. Also, this is a contract position with a strong possibility for permanent hire by the firm . . . if they end up liking you, of course.
