Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly analytical Corporate FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis of corporate expenses, capital expenditures, and financial consolidations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in cross-functional collaboration and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead company-wide consolidation of financial plans, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring cohesive and insightful reporting.
• Drive strategic management of SG&A and shared services budgets, working directly with business stakeholders to optimize cost structure and align investments with business priorities.
• Maintain CapEx budgets against actuals and support ROI analysis for new investments.
• Support month-end close by reviewing P&L variances, preparing accruals/reclasses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and deliver executive-level materials—including KPIs, dashboards, business reviews, and financial presentations—to support strategic decision-making and board-level reporting.
• Provide strategic support through headcount planning, capital expenditure analysis, acquisition analysis and other projects.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate, enhance, and optimize financial systems and processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and data accuracy

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience working within a SaaS and software company a plus
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; high proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems. Experience with Adaptive a plus.
• Experience with Power Query and/or building Excel macros to automate and streamline reporting processes a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, actionable manner.
• Experience with consolidation, SG&A cost structures, and shared services models.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Work Environment:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
• This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
• The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone
