Role Overview:
In this position you will be overseeing the fleet department in INDOT's Greenfield district. This job will include the oversight of 5 shop locations, customers service to INDOT's internal departments, purchasing and disposal of equipment, and ensuring performance standards are met. This position requires travel throughout the district with state vehicle provided. Fleet manager's are in charge of a yearly $2 million dollar equipment budget as well as a $400-500k smaller (rotary) vehicle budget. Fleet manager will participate in monthly state wide peer meetings as well as monthly District managers meetings.
Salary :
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $59,800.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.
