Client is asking for this cardOps manual QA- need diversity candidate not desi
Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of card transaction processes across debit and credit card systems.
Validate card lifecycle events such as issuance, activation, PIN generation, blocking, replacement, renewal, and closure.
Verify card management functions, including limits setup, fee structures, interest calculation, and rewards points accrual/redemption.
Validate back-office operations such as chargebacks, reversals, disputes, reconciliations, and settlement processing.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583 message standards).
