The Opportunity
This is not a traditional job.
We are looking for a Business Builder — a person with Founder DNA who is obsessed with finding, creating, and winning opportunities. This role exists for someone who wants to help build businesses, products, and categories — not simply manage tasks or maintain the status quo.
You will work directly with the CEO to identify new products, market gaps, and competitive advantages — and then move fast to turn ideas into reality. You’ll own initiatives from concept through launch and beyond, with real responsibility, visibility, and impact.
What You Will Do
• Explore the market to uncover new products, bundles, categories, and growth opportunities across our brands
• Identify unmet customer needs and market gaps before competitors do
• Study competitors relentlessly — with the goal of creating clear competitive advantage
• Turn ideas into real, revenue-generating products quickly
• Create and launch game-changing products, kits, and bundles
• Own projects from idea → execution → launch → ongoing success
• Partner with leadership, vendors, marketing, and operations to finish strong
• Nurture what you build so products and programs continue to grow
• Operate in a constant Find a Way mindset — if it doesn’t exist, you create it

Experience That Helps (But Is Not Required)
• MBA or equivalent business education (recent graduates welcome)
• Experience in product development, brand building, strategy, or e-commerce
• A track record of building, launching, or materially improving products or businesses
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with high expectations
