Project Coordinator (Part-Time)  

Charlotte, NC | In-Person | 10:30am - 5:00PM
Part-Time (20 hours/week)
$18–$20/hour + Performance Bonuses

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who’s sharp, self-motivated, and ready to make an impact across multiple departments—from tech and client experience to sales support and office operations. This isn’t a basic assistant role—this is for someone who wants to own projects , streamline systems, and be a critical part of a growing company.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • You’ll support three distinct departments, and no two days will look the same. 

Digital Platform Growth & Success:  

  • Recruit and onboard licensed professionals for our online platform.
  • Oversee client onboarding, intake, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with developers and help identify bugs or user issues.
  • Suggest improvements and help the platform thrive.

Sales & Revenue Support:

  • Help lead sales and outreach efforts for a high-growth financial services division.
  • Track team performance, manage lead follow-ups, and optimize CRM tools.
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales reps.
  • Collaborate on sales goals, weekly reporting, and incentive plans.

Administrative & Compliance-Based Office Support:

  • Handle routine office duties (data entry, calls, document filing, scheduling).
  • Support time-sensitive communications with courts or clients under strict guidelines.
  • Keep calendars organized and operations running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or admin coordination.
  • Able to handle multiple unrelated tasks without getting overwhelmed.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and confident using digital tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and project trackers.
  • Sharp communicator who’s great with both clients and internal teams.
  • A self-starter who can run with assignments and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in sales, mental health, legal services, or client support.

 
Pay & Perks:

  • $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Performance bonuses are tied to deliverables and team success.
  • Part-time flexibility with some remote tasks (approximately 20 hours/week).
  • In-person in our Charlotte executive offices.
